Clay is sourced locally within half mile, therfore cutting down on the impact to the environment. Blue coal measure shale is blended with a brown shale to create the mix required for the type of brick that phoenix produce. this mix is loaded into a box feeder which travels along a conveyer system into the grinding pans, where it is crushed into fine particles. |
